The story

Hello, I'm Jenna.

The Acre Goods is my little home bakery, tucked away on the farm in Carmarthenshire. Everything is made slowly, by hand, in small batches — long, patient ferments that give sourdough its open crumb, deep flavour and crackling crust.

Just three ingredients: organic flour, water and salt. No shortcuts, no additives — only time and care. Honestly baked, and made to be shared.
